The Lord’s Resistance Army, lead by Josep Kony, is a militant movement which has been accused of widespread human rights’ violation and operates in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Sudan and South Sudan and now the Central African Republic. To sustain its operation, the LRA has now turned to poaching. The NGO Enough Project has the proof of that and take us on a guided tour of the LRA’s illegal wildlife activities in Garamba National Park in the DRC. Ivory prices at record high levels offer the LRA another way to sustain itself in addition to its habituel pillaging.
