From the Antlantic to the Black Sea by bicycle

A more eco-friendly form of tourism is possible. For example, why not decide to travel by bicycle? This means of transport allows one to take advantage of the scenery, to stop as one wishes and to travel at one’s own pace. The European Federation of Cyclists has set up the EuroVelo6 which goes from the Atlantic to the Black Sea. It is a route which follows the Loire, the Rhine and the Danube and goes through 10 countries: France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Romania. And if your ankles hurt too much, you can, if you wish, all along the journey, put your bicycle on a train, in a bus or on a boat.
