Poverty and microcredit

Today, 60 million people in the world already benefit from microcredits and each year, 5 % of them come out of poverty. The Grameen Bank, set up by the economist Muhammad Yunnus in 1974 in Bangladesh, is a pioneer in this field and supports 2.8 million customers whilst being perfectly profitable.
